Privacy Policy

OSAS AI SOLUTIONS is an informational website that does three things:

• Lists and categorises AI tools with descriptions, pricing, and links to their official websites
• Publishes blog articles covering AI tools, automation, and productivity tips
• Shares links to YouTube videos from our channel covering AI tutorials and reviews

We do not require you to create an account, log in, or pay for anything to use the site.

Contact form submissions. If you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, and the message you write. This is the only time you voluntarily give us personal information. We use Formspree to process these submissions.

Language preference. When you select a language from our footer, we store your choice as a cookie called NEXT_LOCALE in your browser. This simply remembers which language to show you on your next visit. It contains no personal information.

Standard server logs. Like all websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically records basic technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, and pages accessed. These are used solely for security and uptime monitoring.

To be clear about what this site does not do:

• We do not require you to register or create an account
• We do not collect payment information of any kind
• We do not track you across other websites
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers
• We do not run ads on this site
• We do not use session recording or behaviour-tracking tools

Our videos page displays links to our YouTube channel. When you click through to YouTube, you leave our site and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy. If we ever embed YouTube videos directly on the page, Google may set cookies through the embedded player — we use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode where possible to minimise this.

Every AI tool listed on our site links to that tool's own website. When you click an external link and visit a third-party tool, you leave OSAS AI SOLUTIONS and their privacy policy applies — not ours. We have no control over what data those third-party sites collect.

Some tool links may be affiliate links. This means if you sign up for a tool through our link, we may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. We only link to tools we genuinely cover — affiliate status does not affect which tools we list or how we describe them.

We use one cookie on this site:

• NEXT_LOCALE — stores your language preference (e.g. English, Korean, French). Expires after one year. Contains no personal data.

No advertising cookies. No third-party tracking cookies set by us. You can delete this cookie at any time through your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site (you will just need to re-select your language).

If you contact us, we use your name and email only to reply to your message. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit request, and we do not share your contact details with anyone.

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree and are kept only as long as needed to resolve your enquiry.

Running this site involves a small number of third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Vercel — hosts the website and handles server logs
• Supabase — stores site content (blog posts, tool listings, videos). No personal user data is stored here.
• Formspree — processes contact form submissions
• YouTube / Google — our videos are hosted on YouTube

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

You can request to see, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you (which, in practice, would only be a contact form message). Just get in touch via our contact page.

If we make meaningful changes — for example if we add analytics or change how the contact form works — we will update this page and change the "Last updated" date. We will not notify users by email since we do not hold email lists.
